Hi Andy,
Thanks for a great three days up in the alps, with a fantastic Vallee Blanche crossing and sucessful Gran Paradiso, my first ever 4000m peak!! It was definitely worth it, even when on my way to work on Tuesday morning my legs suddenly realised what I'd forced them to do and were decidedly unhappy with me. I had a brilliant time, and you definitely knew how to keep me going the whole way, even when I was about to give up - feeding Helen to avoid Serious Consequence Behaviour (!). I also enjoyed practising my fledgling Italian with you and will definitely be putting my new phrases to good use
Anyway, thank you again - bring on the South Face of the Midi perhaps?!

Thanks for that. Those 3 days were all very entertaining, from the Italian school to the card school, with a spot of mountaineering now and again! I look forward to doing some cragging with you and Joy next year
