Hi Andy
Just a quick note to thankyou for a fantastic few days climbing in Cogne. Whilst Scotland in the Winter has been our normal fare for a number of years I must say that the quality (and steepness ! ) of the climbing in Cogne was impressive.
Whilst the nature of the climbing is difficult to compare to the full 'Scottish experience' - i.e no long walk-ins, great coffee and having to use sun bloc, I will certainly be back. As ever thanks for your unflagging enthusiasm, professional approach and coaching
See you in the Summer
Darren

Hi Darren
Can we compare Green Gully to Lillaz Gully? Creagh Meagaidh to Chandelle de Levure? The Herren brother's 4 course Italian cuisine to Sandra's hearty pub fare, or Aostan Pinot Noir to IPA and Bowmore?
Probably not. They're both aspects of climbing using ice axes and crampons, but there the similarity ends, with neither one being better than the other - just very different.
It was a pleasure getting some steep ice done with you last week, though I do hope we can get some more Scottish character building done in the future as well!
